The Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology was established in 2016 with the commencement of T S Misra Medical College & hospital under the dynamic headship of Dr. C B Tripathi, retd. Professor & Head Department of forensic medicine, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU. Dr. Rajesh Chaturvedi was also Head from 01.08.2016 to 09.01.2021. At present Dr. Yatendra Kumar Pathak is the Head of the Department. Principal & Dean Dr. A K Srivastava is Professor in the department.
