OPD Timings: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Every outpatient is registered before consultation.
  • A case sheet is prepared to record medical history, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • A unique Medical Record Department (MRD) number is generated for every new patient.
  • Previously registered patients should quote their MRD number while taking an appointment.
  • Appointment patients are given preference. Only emergency walk-in patients are attended out of turn.
  • Payments, wherever applicable, can be made at the OPD Billing Counter.

BLOOD BANK
  • State-of-the-art Blood Bank with modern facilities, including Apheresis.
  • A licensed Blood Bank is available to meet the requirements of patients.
  • All blood units are screened for HIV, HBV, HCV, VDRL, and other mandatory tests before issue.

  • Alternative arrangements are made available wherever possible.
  • The expected date of recommissioning of the equipment is displayed.
  • The entire hospital is supported by a solar power system and generator backup, ensuring uninterrupted power supply round the clock.

Diet

The Hospital Dietary Department provides all meals for admitted patients. Diets are planned by qualified Dietitians according to the therapeutic needs of each patient in consultation with the treating physician. Hygienic, balanced vegetarian meals are served from our well-equipped kitchen.

  • Available for visitors and attendants.

  • Canteen facility is available for visitors as well as hospital staff.

BYSTANDER PASS
Attendant Policy
  • Only one attendant is generally permitted per patient.
  • The number of attendants may vary depending on the patient's condition.
  • A female attendant is mandatory for female patients.
  • Visitors are requested to maintain a peaceful environment for patients.

Visiting Time 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Kindly ensure that visitors strictly adhere to the visiting hours and keep the number of visitors to the minimum for the comfort of patients.

  • Wheelchairs and stretchers are available on request through the Patient Movement Service Department.
  • Lifts are available in every hospital building for easy access to higher floors.
  • Stand-by generator backup ensures uninterrupted emergency services during power failures.
  • Adequate drinking water and clean toilet facilities are available throughout the hospital.
  • Television and telephone facilities are available for admitted patients and in outpatient waiting areas.

MEDICO LEGAL CASES

On admission of a Medico-Legal Case (MLC), the hospital follows all applicable Government of India regulations and informs the concerned local police authorities as per legal requirements.


DEATH CERTIFICATE

In the unfortunate event of a patient's demise, the hospital issues a death certificate for carrying the body. The hospital forwards the Death Registration Form and Medical Certificate of Cause of Death to the Gram Panchayat. The final Death Certificate can be collected by the family from the Gram Panchayat.


MORTUARY SERVICES
  • Refrigerated mortuary storage facilities are available for deceased patients.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Parents of newborn babies are issued a Birth Report Form for registration. After completion of the required formalities, the Birth Certificate is processed through the Gram Panchayat.
